How to choose the right d-rings and tie down anchor point
Compare the options and specifications in the table above and pick the size or configuration that matches your equipment and load.
Specifications explained
- Working load limit (WLL): 6,000 lbs — the maximum load the item is rated to carry in normal service. For cargo securement, the WLLs of all tie-downs on a load must add up to at least half the cargo weight (FMCSA 49 CFR 393.106).
- Chain grade: G70 — the strength class of the chain. Grade 70 is the standard for cargo securement; Grade 80, 100 and 120 alloy chains are stronger for their size and are the grades used for overhead lifting.
Before you buy
- Confirm the size or option matches your equipment.
- Check the rated capacity against your heaviest load.
- Compare the full option table above before clicking through.
Safety and care
- Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions and rated limits.
- Inspect equipment before each use.
- Replace worn or damaged parts.
